Customer data is backed up away from the active host. Our systems are continuously monitored, capacity is balanced and replacement infrastructure can be prepared quickly if a serious incident occurs.
No responsible provider can promise that hardware will never fail. What we can promise is preparation, visibility and a clear recovery process.
Security and privacy by design
Your data is protected throughout its lifecycle.
Connections to the platform are encrypted, backups are encrypted before being transferred off-site each day, and access to production systems is tightly controlled.
We do not sell customer data. It is only processed to provide and protect the service, in accordance with GDPR and applicable legal requirements.

Encrypted off-site backups retained for 90 days.
Daily backups are stored away from the active hosting node for as long as the service remains active. The 90-day retention window gives us multiple recovery points if files are deleted, damaged or affected by a serious incident.
